Ravi is a B.Tech. graduate in computer science and a Microsoft certified with 8+ yrs of experience in providing enterprise level of solutions to various MNC’s across the globe. With his leadership vision he founded India office 4 years ago with only one client on board. With his vision, leadership and guidance MCT IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has reached many heights with branches across the globe.
Deepankar Ghosh (General Manager – India, CTO – USA)
Deepankar is the General Manager at MCT IT Solutions. He is a seasoned technocrat and is closely associated with software product development for many clients. He plays a vital role in realizing business objective to technical implementation. Deepankar and his team supports the Business Development group in harnessing new business and empowering MCT IT Solutions’s technology strengths.
He enables MCT IT Solutions to strengthen its overall technology focus and roadmap in alignment with the organizational vision and mission. Deepankar leads the team of technology experts in providing integrated business solutions to MCT IT Solutions global client base.
With more than 13 years of experience starting his career as an QA engineer and then moved on to being an Analyst at Cybage & QA Manager with StayinFront before joining MCT IT Solutions in the industry. His expertise lies in multiple domains such as Life sciences, Consumer goods, CRM–focused solutions, Mobility, 3D Virtual Reality and market research. His forte lies in the core of software development — from conceptualization to deployment of software for multiple technology clients and platforms.
Santosh Kannur (President – India – CEO – USA)
Santosh is a commerce graduate with post graduation in computer science. He is also a certified scrum master and Prince2 practitioner. He started his career as a software programmer and has served in different position in MNC’s providing IT solutions. He has 18+ years of experience in the IT industry providing solutions all over the globe to different industry domains like US Healthcare, Life sciences, Consumer Goods, Investment & Financial, Banking, Telematics etc.
Tin Nguyen (Founder & Chairman – USA)
Tin has been a senior healthcare leader with over 20 years of deep domain knowledge in Healthcare Operations, Finance and Information Technology. Tin has been an principal adviser for multiple hospitals nationwide working on various projects that include Mergers, Business Optimization, Technology Implementation and Development. Tin has also worked for large organizations such as Computer Science Corporation and Perot Systems leading local teams and projects as well as managing offshore locations in Vietnam and India.

Mr. Amorim is a senior healthcare leader with over 10 years of expertise delivering strategic technology solutions and operational improvements to enhance core business processes, advance clinical quality and improve competitive positioning with healthcare delivery organizations. His clients have included academic medical centers, multi-facility health systems, major teaching hospitals, community and critical access hospitals as well as large and small physician practice groups.
Prior to joining Miracle Cloud’s Leadership board, Mr. Amorim has started numerous businesses including a Health Nutrition & Personal Training platform, and an E-Commerce website focusing on Consumer Population Health.
Mr.Amorim work ethic, focus,motivation and organizational expertise is derived from his extensive military background with the U.S. Marines.
